1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Toolkit ("the Site", "our Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our Service. Toolkit reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

Toolkit provides a collection of free, browser-based digital utilities including PDF tools, image editors, video processors, audio tools, developer utilities, calculators, productivity tools, and social media downloaders. All core processing occurs client-side in your browser. Some tools (such as Social Downloaders) may communicate with third-party APIs to complete their function.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Toolkit only for lawful purposes. You must not use our Service to process, download, or distribute content that: (a) infringes any intellectual property rights; (b) is defamatory, obscene, or harmful; (c) violates any applicable local, national, or international law; (d) you do not have the right to access or process. The Social Media Downloader tools are provided for personal use of content you have the legal right to download. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights to any content they download.

4. Intellectual Property

The Toolkit name, logo, design, and original content are the intellectual property of Toolkit. The source code powering our tools contains elements licensed under various open-source licenses. Third-party libraries and APIs used in our tools retain their respective licenses. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Toolkit's proprietary interface, branding, or original content without express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Toolkit is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any output generated by our tools. Your use of Toolkit is entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolkit and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of revenue. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for free users, is zero).

7. Third-Party Services & APIs

Some Toolkit features rely on third-party services, including the Cobalt.tools API for social media downloads. Toolkit is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content provided by third-party APIs. When using tools powered by external APIs, your requests may be subject to those third parties' terms of service. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of all third-party services our tools interact with.

8. Social Media Downloader Disclaimer

Our Social Media Downloader tools are provided for legitimate personal use only. You must only download content that you own, have explicit permission to download, or that is clearly designated as freely downloadable by the original creator. Downloading copyrighted content without authorization may violate the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the EU Copyright Directive, or applicable local laws. Toolkit assumes no liability for users who download content in violation of platform terms of service or copyright law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to Toolkit at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
